We had the pleasure of giving the Musashi Tsunami Hoi-ru its name and if you take a look at the picture you can clearly see why. The tsuba looks like a captains wheel from an old sail ship or pirate ship. Well, Hoi-ru is Japanese for wheel. The fuchi and kashira boast a stormy wave pattern, so that is why we chose tsunami.
